Terms of Service

These terms apply when you connect your Fanvue account to Fanmidas or use it. Fanmidas is an independent app for Fanvue creators; it is not made by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Fanvue.

1. What Fanmidas does

Fanmidas connects to your Fanvue account through Fanvue OAuth. It reads incoming fan messages, writes and sends replies in the persona you choose, offers vault items at the prices you set, and flags conversations that need you. Replies are written by AI on your behalf.

2. Your control and responsibilities

• You choose your persona and prices, and you can pause AI replies, or take over a single fan, at any time from your dashboard.
• You are responsible for your persona settings and for following Fanvue's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
• You may not use Fanmidas to create or send content involving minors or age-play, hate speech, harassment, non-consensual content, extortion, or anything illegal.

3. Safety and AI disclosure

• Fanmidas is designed to refuse content involving minors or age-play, using checks on incoming messages and filters on outgoing replies. No automated system is perfect, so you should keep an eye on your conversations.
• When a fan sincerely asks whether they are talking to AI, Fanmidas does not deny it (Fanvue API Policy 4.3).

4. Plans and billing

• All paid plans are billed through Fanvue. We never take payment directly or through any other provider.
• The free plan includes 100 AI replies per month. Your current usage and limit are shown in your dashboard. When you reach the limit, AI replies pause until your next billing period or until you change plan, and your dashboard tells you.
• You can change or cancel your plan in Fanvue.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to your profile, vault and messages. We do not claim ownership of your content, and we do not use it to train AI models.

6. Ending the service

You can disconnect at any time with "Disconnect" in your dashboard. Your data is then deleted after 30 days, or straight away if you choose "Also delete my data now", as described in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend an account that breaks these terms or Fanvue's policies.

7. Disclaimer and liability

Fanmidas is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties and are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for interruptions caused by Fanvue or other services we depend on.
